Fresh menu dishes cover the spectrum from old-school classics such as Steamed Ox Tripe in Chu Hou Sauce, Oyster Congee and Sweetened Taro Sago to more contemporary creations like Steamed Pork, Shrimp and Crab Roe Bun and Deep-fried Glutinous Rice Ball with Sesame Stuffing. Dim sum being a traditional family affair inspired our chef to launch 4 Steamed Buns especially for children – Penguin, Ptarmigan, Angry Bird and Pumpkin Pig!
